Neal is a Creedmoor, North Carolina native and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. He has a degree in Psychology, and also has earned the AIC designation. He began his career at NC Farm Bureau in 1998 as an Office Claims Representative. He later worked as a field adjuster in Harnett County . He served as a trainer and is also a member of the Catastrophe team. He currently serves as a Regional Claims Supervisor for NC Farm Bureau’s West Region, and has been in that position about 3 years.
Neal joined the RCA soon after starting at NCFB, and has served in several officer positions. He has coordinated numerous Continuing Education seminars for our members and played an integral part in updating our Bylaws. Neal has always been willing to help the RCA, and 2010 was no exception. Earlier this year, the RCA had an unanticipated vacancy in our vice president position; and Neal volunteered to step in and fulfill the unexpired term, and all the work that is associated with the job.
We honor Neal for his service to the Raleigh Claims Association and for his representation of the insurance claims profession.
